T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By opting in to receive SMS messages, you acknowledge and agree that neither Miggys Shop, LLC nor any mobile carrier guarantees message delivery. You agree that Miggys Shop, LLC shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to SMS message delivery failures, delays, or content.
